Popular Books which I Still Haven’t Read – Harry Potter, Murakami and more!

We all have a list of books which are read by other over hundreds of times and they might be preaching about them but it is you who have no clue about they are talking about because you haven’t read those books yet!

Well. Even though I have read hundreds of books, I still have got a list of books and authors which I still haven’t got round reading. Wanna know which one?

(Warning – They are insanely loved. If you feel that knowing about the list of the books I haven’t read will harm our friendship, kindly do not proceed with the reading because I shall read em all real soon. Have a good day! :p)

In case you are too lazy to read the article, you can instead look/listen to the video on my YouTube Channel herehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edcfOWqRMPE

List of books which still haven’t read –
*drumrolls*

  1. Harry Potter by J. K. Rowling

Yup. That’s that. The very famous Harry Potter. The boy who lived. Yup. I haven’t.
But I swear I shall read it super soon. I have loved the movies but will definitely not abandon reading the book.
And for the started, I do know a little about Harry Potter. I know bout the 3 best friends. I know about Hagrid who is much like a monster but is infact really sweet. I know about Dumbledore, the principal. I know about that guy who is a bully – Malfoy?
See? I am doing good, ain’t I?

2. Kafka On The Shore by Murakami
I have heard people saying that Murakami must be a genre on its own and that is what makes me want to read this book sooner than I should. But here I am delaying and procrastination the same and still haven’t gotten around to reading it. Infact, this book is lying unread on my shelf for over 2 years now.
Have you read Murakami’s wok? Is this the right book to start with?

3. 1984 by George Orwell
George Orwell’s Animal Farm is one of the best books I have ever read and is infact a book which every individual must read atleast once in their lifetime. As for this book, 1984, I know it is one of the craziest dystopian novels out there but still haven’t read it.

4. Palace of Illusion by Chitra Devakurni Banerjee
The very famous Indian Mythology book which is loved and appreciated by every reader is still lying unread on my shelf!

5. Jane Eyre by Charlottle Bronte
Charlotte Brontë’s most beloved novel describes the passionate love between the courageous orphan Jane Eyre and the brilliant, brooding, and domineering Rochester. The loneliness and cruelty of Jane’s childhood strengthens her natural independence and spirit. Now, the feminist inside me badly wants to read this book but I still haven’t read it and I feel so left out on not reading this literature.

They read much like my own public journal entry. Feel free to contact me for collaborations, promotions or just to discuss a book or two.
